Come to the Township Offices and fill out a burn permit. They are issued for the burning of natural yard waste and brush, are good for 4 days and do not cost anything. You must have a burn permit in order to burn in Northfield Township.

How often are sewer bills issued and how long do I have to pay them? Where can I pay them?

Sewer bills are issued on the 10th of February, May, August, and November. They are payable until the end of the month without penalty. After the end of the month, there is a 10% penalty. They can be paid at the Township Offices with cash, check or money order, by mail, in person or in the drop box on the door or at http://www.officialpayments.com or call toll free (800)272-9829, using code #3241.
