Gentle Energy Exercise
Mondays            11:00a.m. - 12:00p.m.
Fee:  $30.00/10 session punch card
Instructor: Lisa Abrams
Can you make a muscle by flexing your bicep like Popeye? Can you raise one arm above your head?  Can you gently squeeze and release the muscles in your lower back? These are examples of the gentle and highly effective series of exercises known as the Energization Exercises.

These simple exercises recharge your body's energy.  They can be done anytime and anywhere by any individual level of health or physical ability.  Just 15 minutes daily practice will give results "unqualified to most other forms of exercise."

This class is designed to meet twice weekly for 4 weeks.  We will learn the entire series of 39 gentle exercises.  If you miss a class, that's ok, because we will be reviewing and starting from the beginning, at each class.  You will gain energy and more willpower to do all that you want to do in life.
